Well, I admire his intent, but he seems to be one of those guys who can't say something in 20 words, if 2000 are available.

What a long rant. If his verbal and written interactions with the court are the same, he's sabatoging his own case. The judges probably think he's one of those cranks who think they're pursuing a global conspiracy in small claims court.

Quite so, if by "quite respectful," you mean, "not taking every possible opportunity to insult and demean."

There's still a clear tendency to insert the author's agenda, and sly word choices that serve to undermine and attack Dawkins' position even while pretending to present them.

The man's a whiny ass child who thinks it's our job to protect him from the consequences of goofing off at work and violating standards which don't apply to us, only to him.
