'Time', as we know and use the term, is an abstraction based on the solar 'day' and, used for measurement...by humans. It does not exist as a unique phenomena in concrete, corporeal, reality. You cannot for instance, walk out of your house, and say, 'Aha, TIME!' There 'it' is! Won't happen. Thus, other than the mathematical notation of, say, Planck time, or another set of symbols denoting subdivision of any arbitrary, but reasonable, entity; 'time', to us, [is] relative to motion through 'space' and thus inextricably locked together as 'space-time', and, yes, [that too] is a perception of our consciousness.
